Most kids love playing in bounce houses and other inflatables. In fact, they love it so much they sometimes forget about their personal safety.
That's why it's important for there always to be adult supervision whenever children are playing in a bounce house or other rental.
Party Safety
Our highly trained technicians will set up your bounce house rental so that it is in the safest possible condition for your children and party guests. But it's up to you to provide the grown ups to watch the kids as they play inside it during your event.
Kids often don't think rationally. And they get more easily carried away than adults. So it's not unusual for them to throw caution to the wind and take unnecessary risks when playing in the bounce house or another inflatable.
There have been instances of unsupervised children jumping from garage roofs onto jump houses or trying to bounce from the interior of the bounce castle into the nearby swimming pool.
Keep Calm, Have Fun
Most of the time, children simply need a gentle reminder when they start to get a little too wild. There's usually no need to interfere with their fun. Instead, simply tell them to bring it down a few notches so they don't hurt themselves or others.
If children persist in unsafe play or are defiant (which they will be at a certain age), then you may have to give them a time out for a few minutes until they can regain their senses.
Watch Out for Bullying
Another behavior to watch for is children ganging up on another child, or treating each other poorly. Again, most of the time this isn't intentional. It's simply done out of ignorance.
A simple reminder to play nice with each other is generally all that is required for everybody to have fun in the bounce house.
